In World of Warcraft you will be Abandoning Quests sometimes. Once Quests become too low level (gray or green) you should abandon them and focus on quests that will give you more experience. You should only do a super easy quest if it has the reward you want.
Rather than bouncing around, it is good to do all the quests in a particular zone. If you get quests that are too hard or that you cnanot find groups to complete, then you must move on to another zone with easier quests or mor players to play with.
If the quest title is orange or dark red, it is unlikely that you will be able to complete it with a group. You should find some yellow or green quests to do. As you level up, the red quest will turn to yellow and it will then be easier for you.
Feel free to talk to guild members, party members or other players in the general channel for advice or help.
They can tell you which quests are good for experinece or which quests have rewards that will benefit your character.
If you have problem completing a quest or don't know where to get a quest, ask for help. You can also post in the Quest Forum. The best place , however, is your guild, especially if there are experience players who have completed the quests several times.
If you are abandoning quest, try to abandon quests that are gray or that has been green for too long. These are usually not worth your time unleaa you are trying to get a continual quest or are doing it for the enjoyment of the storyline.
If you abandon a quest you can still go back and get the quest again. Just write down which quest it was, the NPC's name and its location.
Try to abandon a quest that is on the first step. It is very easy to go back and get that quest again. It is more confusing if you are trying to get a contnued quest again.
