3 Great Gold Farming SpotsWhat are Gold Farming Spots? They are certain areas on the map where you can make a lot of gold in a short amount of time in World of Warcraft. Most gold farming is done by finding certain areas on the maps and then grinding on the mobs that are there. These mobs usually have good drop rates or drop a lot of items that can be sold at the auction house for fairly high prices. Most gold farmers keep their gold farming locations hidden so they can go back and "farm" them at will and make tons of gold.
By heading into Felwood you can find a nice cluster of Angerclaw Maulers. Angerclaw Maulers Respawn pretty fast when you kill all of them in an area. They may not drop a lot of high end items, but you get lots of stackable Claws, Jaws, Bones etc... that can be sold as vender trash. You can also skin them and make even more money buy selling Leather at the Auction House. You can get about 40 Gold per hour.
Head to the Eastern Side of the Badlands and you will find Lot of Whelps, mainly the Scalding Whelps. They drop a lot of leather, a handful of blue items and a lot of very nice greens. If you are skinner, you will love this spot because you will get experience, gold/loot and you can also skin these guys. These whelps' hit points are low so you will be able to sol them just fine. A good spot for a low level 40.
Go to the area just Southwest of Everlook in Winterspring, you will find some Anguised Highbornes and some Suffering Highbornes. They drop a ton of runecloth and a wide range of patternsmplans and recipes. You may spot Princess Tempestria. She drops the Tempestria's Frozen Necklace, lots of BOE blue items and also the Ace of Elementals. The Princess is a 60 elite and has some friends around her, so you might need a little help.
