World of Warcraft Talents

How you invest your world of warcraft talents can radically change the way your character works.

Begining at level 10, you earn one (1) talent per level. Each class has three Talent Trees which you can invest your world of warcraft talents into to specialize("spec") your character.

Here is the Brief Overview of the Various Talent Trees:

Warrior

  • Arms Tree - focuses on using a big 2-handed weapon, creating a very large damage numbers which come slowly.
  • Fury Tree - focuses on using 2 weapons, dual-wielded. The damage number will not be as huge as that of an Arm Warrior, but the damage numbers will come much more frequent.
  • Protection Tree - is a tanking tree, allowing the warrior to absorb tremendous amounts of damage.

Druid

  • Balance - This DPS tree focuses on magical damage just like the capability of a Mage. Invest 31-point into this tree will give the Druid the power of spellcaster.
  • Feral Combat - This DPS tree focuses onmelee combat, allowing the Druid to emphasize on either tanking (in Bear Form) or melee DPS (in Cat Form).
  • Restoration - Druid's healing tree. Invest 41-point into this tree will make the Druid a very effective healer.

Mage

  • Arcane Tree - offers efficiency and survivability. Increased damage, increased critical hits, reduced mana consumption through free spells, instant casting, improvement of existing spells and abilities as well as increased intellect, mana pool and mana regeneration.
  • Fire Tree - offers the most destructive spells that will mow down the opposition the quickest. With the right soell sequence most mobs will die before even can get within the melww range.
  • Frost Tree focuses on kiting mobs and survivability. Your spell will slow down your target, allowing you to cast freely. It offers the widest array of barriers and shields. It has the highest damage-permana ratio of all skill tress.

Warlock

  • Affliction Tree focuses on Damage-over-Time (DoT) spells. It is generally considered an excellent leveling tree because it is very efficient.
  • Demonology Tree focuses on the various demon-pets summoned by the warlock.
  • Destruction Tree focuses on direct damage: shadow and fire spells, making the Warlock similar to a Mage in some respects.
