 (1) “Certain items are always valuable and worth X amount of gold.” — FALSE

      Fact is The worth of an item isn’t set in stone…it is based on supply and demand.

(2) “There are spots where the drop rate of cash or valuable items is much higher than other spots!” — FALSE

      Fact is Blizzard keeps the gold per hour rate balanced across the realms. It is something they totally control and do adjust.

(3) “You can only start making gold quickly after level ___, ie Low Levels cannot make gold” — FALSE

     FACT is Low levels CAN make gold by playing the AH much faster than by any other method.

(4) “You can make tons of gold buy buying recipes from vendors and selling them on the AH.” — FALSE

     FACT is You can make SOME gold, but not very much. The gold per hour rate is too low to make it a primary strategy.
